He has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 clients to develop powerful leaders and build high-performing teams.
Chris has held senior-level HR positions at Ameritech and RR Donnelley and Human Resources Generalist roles at Mobil Oil Corporation and Sverdrup Technology. In these roles, he developed his expertise working in a wide spectrum of industries including education, manufacturing, technology, services, retail and government.
Chris earned an MBA from the University of West Florida, with an emphasis in Organizational Development. He is certified to deliver and interpret a variety of assessment tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Forté Communication Style Survey, the Personnel Decision International 360 Assessment, and the Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment.Let’s work together
